    Mark graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1989.  He worked with the General Motors finance arm, GMAC, for five years in Winnipeg and learned the finance end of the business.  From there, he moved to Dauphin and learned the retail side of the business at the local General Motors store and then bought into the family dealership at Kipling in 1998.  Mark has run McMillan Motor Products Inc. since August of 1998.

    Tim was raised on the farm in the Windthorst district and graduated from school there.  He moved on to post-secondary at Kelsey Institute in Saskatoon in the pre-employment autobody program.  He received his journeyman autobody and co-owned and operated Peebles Autobody.  He has been involved with the automotive and agriculture industries for the last 27 years including the tire industry, auto parts, ag parts, RV, quad and snow machine sales and now in auto sales.  Tim has been involved with numerous organized groups such as Lions, Hall, church, school board and town council as alderman and mayor.  He lives with his wife Cathy in Windthorst.  Tim is very pleased to be working for McMillan Motor Products and has been here since the fall of 2008 and hopes to enjoy many years of successful sales.

    Cliff was born in Kipling and grew up on the family farm east of town.  He attended Kipling school and graduated in 1978.  He farmed until 1998 and joined the sales team at McMillan Motors in March of 1999.  He and his wife Monica now live in Kipling and have four children and two grandsons.  Cliff has been a member of the local curling club for over 30 years, a Lion's member for 27 years and has been involved with the golf course for over ten years.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, curling, golf and going to the lake and volunteering where ever help is needed.

    Owen was born in Kipling and raised on the family farm. He graduated in 1992 and then went on to get a Bachelor of Theology in 1996 from Western Christian College. From 1996 to 2000 he lived in Ukraine, teaching English and doing mission work. Since returning from overseas he has worked off and on in the automotive industry. Owen has been at McMillans now since November 2007. After having been away for several years he is thrilled to be back in Kipling with his wife Pamela and daughter Janessa and looks forward to many more productive years at McMillan Motor Products.

    Howard was raised on a mixed farming operation in the Big Muddy region of southern Saskatchewan.  He graduated from Western Christian College and went on to post secondary in Oklahoma City and also in Regina, SK.  He started in the auto industry with Mazda in June of 1992.  He moved to Kipling in May of 1993 and spent the next ten years in sales.  Since 2003 he has spent the majority of his time in the Business Office.  He is a volunteer on the Moose Mountain Rodeo Association and the Saskatchewan High School Rodeo Association.  His wife Karen and son Cody are proud to call Kipling home.

    Rosemarie was raised and educated in Kipling.  She resided on the farm until 1992.  She started at McMillans in the spring of 1993 as service advisor/warranty administrator.  The accounting office beckoned in the fall of 1995 and she has liked it so much that she is still here!

    Mitch is originally from the Whitewood area where he was born and graduated from school.  He has almost twenty five years of experience in detailing and has been with McMillans since 2003.  Mitch is also a lay minister with the local Catholic church and enjoys spending much of his free time there as well as at church camps during the summer.

    Born and raised in Grenfell, SK where he completed high school.  Trevor has been working in the automotive industry since 1994 and has been with McMillans since 2002.

    Don was born and raised in Wawota, SK.  He began working at the dealership in May, 1965!  Don started working in the washbay, eventually working as a technician for a few years and now works in the service office handling warranty claims and assisting the Fixed Operations Manager.

    Ward was born and raised in the Kennedy area but now lives in Kipling with his wife and son.  He has four years experience as a mechanic and has been working in parts since June 2008.  Ward has been working at McMillans since the spring of 2009.

    Quentin grew up on the family farm in the Windthorst district.  He is a journeyman technician and has been with McMillans since 2000.  In 2005 he took over the service advisior position but still helps in the shop when needed.

    Brent hails from the Montmartre area.  He is our newest technician and started work here on June 1st, 2009.  He is currently a first year apprentice and took his pre-employment training at SIAST in Moose Jaw.  Brent also farms with his parents on their mixed farm near Montmartre.
